Off-street parking is included. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn and shrub care, snow removal, a $50 monthly water/sewer/trash fee (subject to change), and a $25 monthly filter delivery fee.

No smoking is allowed. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a maximum of 2 pets and breed restrictions. If approved, a $75 monthly pet rent applies. Subsidized housing is not accepted.
