When i360 Property Management started back in 2008, we were a small entity providing management services for a handful of clients. We realized shortly after our doors were opened that there was a huge demand for high quality, full-service property management. Fast forward to now, we have grown from a team of 3 to a team of 20+, and now manage over 3000 doors throughout six counties in Pennsylvania and two counties in New York. Our services now include management for Residential, Commercial, Student Housing, Storage Units and Homeowners Associations. 


At i360 Property Management we understand how important it is to use cutting edge technology and to embrace systems that enable us to manage efficiently and effectively. Our software, powered by AppFolio, utilizes the latest technology in the industry which allows us to provide greater transparency and reduce costs to both our landlords and tenants. LANE THRUSH

Lane Thrush is a native of the Franklin/Cumberland County area and has over 35+ years a real estate experience. Lane is a licensed broker in two states and is actively involved as a board member of Child Evangelism Fellowship, an active board member of Gospel Tides and works with several local community organizations.
