First-floor studio apartment located in downtown Greencastle with convenient front and rear access. Off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and gas for heat and hot water, while tenants are responsible for electric.
The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator and stove, and a washer and dryer are available for tenant use (tenant responsible for maintenance and repairs).
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with a $350–$500 nonrefundable fee plus $50/month per pet; breed restrictions and limits apply.
No smoking permitted.
